Thanks! Everything else I found did not explain all of this to me. This worked. Even though adobe tried to open when I was finished saving it as you instructed, and it told me "access denied", I just ignored and closed out of that then opened it up adobe elsewhere and did the document conversion. Worked really well!

Hi I still have the same trouble with my pdf files, I don't know what to do or how to get rid of these small boxes/squares which are appearing in PDF file after saving the word document, is there any other way to help it out.

I am still having problems myself. I am looking for an option in the PDF creator that may allow me to do the same. It shows that fewer files need to be embedded as before, but not all of them.

i followed these exact steps and several fonts are embedded in my pdf but unfortunately there's still one non-embedded font left in my pdf.  This is preventing me doing my work!  Anyone know how to make it work?

Awesome, thank you! In the Save As step after selecting Save As Type: PDF when in options where instructed to verify Document structure tags for accessibility is checked… also check ISO compliant so ALL fonts are embedded. 👍

I needed to know how to embed fonts in a .pdf file, not how to embed the fonts in Word first and then save as a .pdf. This was zero assistance in that regard.

  • Mandy Olsen says:

    Still says they're not embedded…

OMG, i can't explain how many problems this video solved, i was searching for two days for docx to pdf converter apps just for embedding Arabic fonts and digits, i tried "everything", both on windows and android, to share a file via whatsapp while keeping my proper format but i failed, then i came across with this incredible video, thank u verrrry much dear

  • Bun Blanche says:

This did not help me as I have my ppp with "shadowed" format headings and this did not come up in the pdf. None of the shadowed words were reflected in my pdf – annoying.

Thanks for this educational video. GOD Bless!

I love this. I have made my own fyi-do it yourselfers for my clients on how to keep the logo they had me design which is designed to fit in the header to keep it locked in. But they need to know how to put it in new pubs, pages, designs, documents, etc. All that I wish to secure in the header so it doesn't easily get moved around. So this is an excellent example of how to explain things especially for MS Word. Thank you ! It's 9 or 10 years old, but even it inspires the original creators or other MS Word whizzes to make more similar videos, they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
