What I love about your technique and process is that when you’re not completely happy with something…you persist with it until you are! This shows the rest of us to not give up on our projects but to keep going and try or add another process – you never know unless you have a go! I wonder how many NEW techniques have been created by accident this way?! I loved how this card turned out! Your creativity is always off the charts. Loving this series. 👏🏼✨🌈⭐️

I love this capsule series. Since I saw your capsule supplies video, I'm always amazed at the different card designs you have created. This one is no different. It's fun and colorful and I agree that the ink blending added "oomph" to the colored strips.😍😊❤️️

  • Nancy H says:

I love the colors you used. I would really enjoy a video outlining the pros & cons of different brands of inks, water colors, brushes, colored pencils, etc so people like me can make more knowledgeable purchases. I know in your line of work, you become friends with lots of designers & company representatives, so I wouldn’t want you to be uncomfortable doing a video like this. Maybe instead of the pros/cons the videos could focus on the different properties of types of ink, etc. Or a video each week highlighting a different brand & how/why you choose them for different techniques. Thank you for inspiring me!!!

  • Samantha VanArnhem says:

Love this! If there were an award for fussy cutting, you would win hands down – no way I could get that nice even margin around a circle! The stamp has been on my wish list for some time this might push me over the edge for it.

  • Brenda Simpson says:

I'm enjoying your capsule series immensely! I love this card!!! It has really helped me with focusing and encouraging the creativity! I have a weekend retreat coming up and have decided to pack using this concept. I'm very excited to be leaving most of my craft studio at home!

  • Summer says:

Kristina, I loving this idea of doing this paper crafing capsule box. I havent had a chance to start mine yet. All my supplies are packed in boxes while I redo my crafting space in corner of family room. Then my mom with dementia, fell Dec 12th, and broke her neck shoulder blade and thumb. Ive been caring for 24/7 for 3.5 yrs. When I get the time to finish my crafting space, Im excited to do the capsule. I love this card! Love how the black hearts really pop, and circle cutting is so presise. Thanks for doing this series Kristina, you are amazing. Hugs from Mn.

  • Debbie L says:

Great Card!! If you were mass producing, just ink up the entire three pieces of card stock with each of the trio of colors…lots of cards for your stash.. love it. Thanks for sharing your talent.

  • Se Jones says:

I love this and how you blended with the Gina K ink as I always think you can only get good blending results with the distress inks & oxides. Thank you for showing with this card and others that the Gina K’s work well. I do have a question have you ever blended with altenew inks? Thank you again for sharing your talent! Love your videos!

  • Anne Hartschlag says:

I am crazy about this card. I have trouble dealing with white space and this appeals to me so much. This is not a criticism but maybe you can help. When I view your videos I have to turn the volume almost all the way up on my computer. Is there something I can do to avoid having to do that. Does anyone else have that issue. Thanks for your help you are the best.

  • CouzCat says:

Very striking card. I'm glad to see you making A7 cards, that's the size I make most.

  • Sue Townsend says:

I wasn't sure how this was going to turn out, but the results are grand!! As I'm listening to your capsule series, I'm thinking that the technique is worth a try. What I also need to remember to do is make multiples of the elements so that not all my cards have to be from scratch. Thanks so much for sharing your ideas 🙂

  • Helen Sheppard says:

    Such a beautiful card

  • KWicksable says:

It is absolutely amazing how creative one can be when we honor our limitations. This card is stunning.

  • Gardenia30 says:

    😍😍😍

  • Andrea La Vigne says:

Love how bold the colors came out after you ink blended! Great finished card, too. I would like to suggest you switch from paper towels to something reusable, like microfiber cloths, though. I just thing it's better for the environment overall not to use so much disposable paper product. I have all but given up with using paper towels in my own crafting. When my cloth gets too inky or dirty, I just throw it in the wash. I generally wash them with our towels, and I've never had a problem with the ink staining anything else in the wash. The cloths do stain, just like a stamp shammy/Absorber cloth, but they still work fine after washing. Just something to consider. Anyway, thank you for sharing your gorgeous creations. Take care, & have a fantastic day! 🙂

  • Cathy xox says:

    Very creative

  • Linda Chilcott says:

    I love this 💓

  • starbucksmocha88 says:

Question : Why did you not use the magnet to hold your paper in place when you were using the MISTI tool? I noticed you kept having to pick up the paper and put it back in place and I wondered why not just magnet or tape it in place?

I love the card, rainbow designs are my favorites! So beautiful, the thumbnail caught my eye because of that. 🙂

  • margaret ann chamblee says:

Beautiful example of blending along with the stamping.
Kristina, I‘ve seen your watercolor comparison videos but I’m trying to decide on ONE set (besides the Altenew metallics, which I have)… especially considering that we want a really good RED, what ONE set would you have if you could only have one? Or, which one would you recommend for us who intend to buy only one? A good red is important to me, as well. (I didn’t want to assume that just because Paper fashion is in your capsule that it would be “the one.”) TIA! 🙂
