The letter C is built upon the same shape
as the O. We’re going to start with that first stoke, very similar to the O, the curved stroke.
Then, we’re going to go back and put a cap on the curve. So with the C I think it’s helpful
to think about actually drawing an O. So, if I continued with this letter it would make
a pretty nice O. But instead of continuing with the O, I’m going to stop here and I’m
going to pull that stroke in. We call that stroke an exit stroke. You’ll see with some
letters it’s very useful to start the stoke, jiggles the pen and gets the ink distributed
there. So, the C. Same beautiful, oval shape as the oval but not all the way around. C.
