The capital letter “B”. The capital letter
“B” is built of one straight stroke, (of course when I say straight I mean it’s tipping forward
a little bit in the italic style) and two bowls. So straight stroke plus a bowl, and
a second bowl. Now let’s stop for a minute and take a look at those bowls. We’ve got
a difference between the top one and the bottom, that one is smaller than that one. So we’re
going to make the second bowl, hopefully with enough ink in the pen. There’s not an equivalence
between the two parts of the “B”. I think it’s helpful to break it into two strokes,
each one into two strokes.
